(Winston, our Service Manager)

Our Service Call Fee is $88.00

We will waive the Service Call Fee upon approval of our estimate.

Parts Warranty: All materials, parts, and equipment are warrantied by the manufacturer's or supplier's written warranty or as indicated in writing.

Labor Warranty: The labor charge as recorded on the invoice is relative to the equipment serviced as noted and is guaranteed for a period of 90 days. The service call fee is a separate charge and is warrantied for a period of 30 days.

Damage Disclaimer: Appliance Repair involves inherent risks of minor damage to the appliance and surrounding areas. By authorizing the repair, you agree to hold Bear Valley Appliance and our contractors harmless of any liability for any damage that arises out of the repair or related activites.

Receipt must be presented for warranty service

We offer same day shipping with the following guidlines:

For orders placed before 12:00 noon MST

Instock item quantities only

For orders not requiring additional research

Free Shipping Policy

For orders totaling more than $150.00 we will ship freight prepaid. Excludes OS1 & OS2 shipping categories(oversize items), cords, weights, compressors, backorders and other items that at shipping we deem to be unusually heavy for the physical size/price. We also reserve the right to choose the carrier on these orders. Excludes Air shipments. We will notify you before we complete your order if it meets the free shipping amount, but doesn't qualify because of size/shipping limitations. This will give you a chance to either cancel your order or authorize payment for the calculated shipping amount.

Warranty

Our warranty with respect to any item sold is limited solely to such warranty as the manufacturer issues to us, and we make no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We are not responsible for labor charges or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever. We will not assume any responsibility for improper diagnosis or installation.
The warranty does not cover consumable items such as water filters and light bulbs. Where the warranty covers defects in workmanship, it does not include cosmetic and appearance issues unless effected by said workmanship. As a result, items such as burned or scratched drip pans can not be returned under warranty.

SELLER SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THIS WEBSITE CONTENT OR FAILURE OF THE PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON.

The seller's sole and exclusive liability with respect to products proven to the seller's satisfaction to be defective will be the replacement of such products without charge or a full refund of the purchase price, in the seller's sole discretion, upon the return of the products in accordance with the seller's instructions.

Core charges occur when the Manufacturer requires the old part back. Cores charges will be added at checkout. After you have recieved your new part and installed it, you will need to return the old part to us in the core box(has the holographic label on it) you recieved the new part in, for a core credit equal to the core charge. Shipping is your responsibility.
Credits are issued after we receive our credit from the Manufacturer. Therefore, core credits are not guaranteed!
Although we make no assesment as to the viability of a core credit, the manufacturers do. The reasons for declining credit include, but are not limited to:

Wrong core in box
Core Box label not present
Core box damaged

Core box written on

Shipping label on core box.

We will only ship the core replacement in its original packaging. And that item will be shipped in a separate container (in other words.. a box in a box). It is best to return it that way.
